Race Time Projection
Project another distance using an editable endurance exponent.
Your numbers
Projected finish time
Empirical power-law projection; exponent 1.06 is only a starting assumption. Fitness, terrain, weather and distance affect accuracy.

Formula
Use T₂ = T₁(D₂/D₁)^e. T₁ is known finish time, D₁ is known distance, D₂ is target distance in the same unit, and e is the editable endurance exponent. Projected time T₂ uses the original time unit.

- Known finish time (minutes)
- 25
- Target distance (km)
- 10
- Endurance exponent
- 1.06
- Projected finish time
- 52.1233 minutes
- Projected pace
- 5.21233 min/km
Scope and limitations
Empirical power-law projection; exponent 1.06 is only a starting assumption. Fitness, terrain, weather and distance affect accuracy.
Inputs are checked for missing values and allowed ranges. A result outside the finite numeric range is not displayed. Rounding affects display, while the calculation uses the model’s numeric precision.
Check your units and assumptions before relying on a result. Changing a label does not convert a currency or physical unit.
