One Rep Max Estimate
Compare Epley and Brzycki estimates from a submaximal set.
Your numbers
Epley estimate
Prediction only, not a recommendation to attempt the weight. Limited to 1–10 technically sound repetitions; fatigue, exercise type and training history affect accuracy.

Scenario comparison
Up to three snapshots in this tab. Loading one replaces the current inputs.
Formula
For r > 1, use Epley E = w(1+r/30); at r = 1 use E = w. Brzycki uses B = 36w/(37−r). w is lifted weight and r is completed repetitions. Both results use the weight unit.
Compare Epley and Brzycki estimates from a submaximal set.

Scope and limitations
Prediction only, not a recommendation to attempt the weight. Limited to 1–10 technically sound repetitions; fatigue, exercise type and training history affect accuracy.
Inputs are checked for missing values and allowed ranges. A result outside the finite numeric range is not displayed. Rounding affects display, while the calculation uses the model’s numeric precision.
Check your units and assumptions before relying on a result. Changing a label does not convert a currency or physical unit.
