Dates
Count weekdays in a date range while excluding Saturdays and Sundays, with an optional deduction for holidays you enter.
Both endpoints are counted. No country holiday table is built in — enter holidays that fall on weekdays in your own calendar.
Results update as you type. No calculate button. All calculations run locally in your browser.

Iterate through the range, inclusive of both endpoints, and count dates that fall Monday through Friday. Net workdays = weekday count − weekday holidays you entered. Weekend days are the remaining dates in the range.
From 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive: 30 calendar days, of which 22 are weekdays and 8 are weekend days. With 0 holidays entered, net workdays = 22. Use Reset example above to reproduce this result, then enter your own holiday count if any fall on weekdays in the range.
Public holidays and organisation-specific closures are NOT removed automatically: no country or regional holiday table is used, because holiday calendars differ by jurisdiction and change over time. Enter the number of holidays that fall on weekdays in your range yourself, or leave it at 0 for a pure weekday count. Leap years are handled by the calendar. If the end date is before the start date, no count is shown.
No. No holiday table is built in. Enter the count of weekday holidays yourself; weekend holidays need no entry because weekends are already excluded.
Yes. A single Monday counts as 1 workday, and a Monday-to-Friday week counts as 5.
Monday through Friday only. Shift patterns, part-time weeks, or a different weekend (for example Friday–Saturday) are not modelled.
By the real calendar: a 29 February inside the range is counted as a weekday if it falls Monday–Friday.
No count is shown; the page asks for an end date on or after the start date.
