Uniform Interval Probability
Find the probability of a range within a continuous uniform distribution.

Interval probability
Use consistent units. The result follows the assumptions you enter.

Formula
Use P = max(0,min(b,h)−max(a,l))/(b−a). a and b are continuous uniform distribution bounds, and l and h are query bounds. The formula measures the overlap divided by the distribution width; the result is displayed as a percentage.

Scope and limitations
Use consistent units. The result follows the assumptions you enter.
Inputs are checked for missing values and allowed ranges. A result outside the finite numeric range is not displayed. Rounding affects display, while the calculation uses the model’s numeric precision.
Check your units and assumptions before relying on a result. Changing a label does not convert a currency or physical unit.
